Twice-Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. chives
Preparation
    Cut tops of 4 baked potatoes off lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving a thin shell.
    Mash potato with sour cream, onion salt and chives.
    Fill skins with potato mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
