Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crust for pie (top and bottom)
    6 c. sliced apples
    12 oz. can unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat apple juice on low and add apples as you slice them. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in pie shell.
    Add spice and cornstarch to juice and stir well until thickened.
    Pour over apples.
    Top with remaining crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
