Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
24 oz. New York sharp cheese
1 small container cottage cheese
2 medium jars, diced pimento
dash of garlic salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Grate cheese.
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
