Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes (approximately)
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil and peel potatoes.
Slice into 1/8-inch thickness or thinner; set aside.
