Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 peppers, quartered
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 large can tomatoes, blended
2 cans tomato sauce
salt
pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
2 c. uncooked rice
3 cans water
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger meat.
Add onions and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, ketchup, rice, and water.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until rice is done.
