Rose Geranium Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 Rose Geranium leaves
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    One day prior to baking, wrap 6 or 7 Rose Geranium leaves around each stick of shortening (see also icing recipe for day-before instructions).
