Quick 'N Simple Southwestern Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
    2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In 6-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onion and peppers in oil until tender.
    Add meat; cook and crumble until no longer pink. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Yield: 10 cups.
