Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 Tbsp. dried flakes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted margarine
2 c. American cheese or 12 (3/4-oz.) slices
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the potatoes together.
Fold in potatoes.
Place mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Cover with foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove the foil the last 10 to 15 minutes for browning.
