Chicken-Cheese Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    dash of salt (optional)
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant bouillon granules (chicken)
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    hot pepper sauce
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
    3 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    12 crepes
Preparation
    Cheese Sauce:
    Melt butter; stir in flour and salt.
    Add milk, water and chicken granules all at once.
    Cook and stir on medium heat until thick and bubbling.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
    Stir in cheese, parsley and pepper sauce (to taste).
    Remove 1 cup of sauce mix; set aside.
    Stir mushrooms into sauce.
