Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    5 egg yolks
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. orange flavoring
Preparation
    Whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff. Sift flour and sugar together.
    Mix oil, egg yolks, orange juice and flavoring together;
    mix with flour/sugar.
    Pour this over egg whites, folding gently with a rubber spatula just until blended. Do not stir.
    Bake in ungreased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour; increase to 350\u00b0 for an additional 10 minutes.
    Cool upside down. Run knife around pan to remove.
