Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can kidney beans
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
corn chips or tortilla chips
Preparation

In a large pan over medium heat, cook green pepper and onion in salad oil until tender.
Stir in chili powder.
Cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, turkey, sugar, salt and crushed red pepper over high heat.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer at least 10 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Serve in bowls with cheese and chips if desired.
