Layered Chili Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) can chili (no beans)
8 to 16 oz. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
black olives, chopped (optional)
Preparation

In a microwavable pie pan, warm cream cheese until spreadable. Spread over bottom of pie pan.
Place refried beans on cream cheese and microwave until warm.
Spread refried beans to cover cream cheese.
Place chili on refried beans and microwave until warm.
Spread chili to cover refried beans.
Cover with shredded cheese and microwave to melt.
Sprinkle with black olives (if desired) and serve warm with nacho chips.
