Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 pieces chopped celery
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, sliced
3 c. water
3/4 tsp. sage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute all ingredients, except seasonings in 2 tablespoons butter.
Add seasonings and simmer.
Mash ingredients until smooth.
Add 2 cups milk and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Stir until melted.
Serve hot.
