Low-Fat Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried fruit, chopped
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds and wheat germ.
Mix the honey and apple juice together and pour over oat mixture.
Stir oat mixture until coated.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Spread oat mixture evenly in pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until brown. Stir every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir in raisins and dried fruit.
Transfer mixture to another pan and cool.
Store in airtight container.
Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
