Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. medium potatoes (around 4 or 5)
    salted water
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives or parsley
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and dice into cubes.
    Drop into boiling salted water and cover pan.
    Cook until potatoes are tender for about 20 minutes and drain.
