Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hot pork sausage (can use 1 hot and 1 mild)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Barbers French onion dip
1/2 c. green & red bell pepper
30 oz. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed)
2 c. shredded mild or medium cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain sausage. Set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Put half of mixture unto greased 9x13 pan sprinkle with sausage. Cover with remaining potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a salad.
