Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, butter, 2 eggs, nuts and vanilla. Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Then, mix cream cheese, sugar and 2 eggs.
    Spread onto batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
