Marinated Vegies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
vegetables of choice (such as zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except vegetables.
Add mixture to vegetables.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
