Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 medium pepper
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    While hot, pour over slaw mixture. Refrigerate 24 hours before
    serving.
