Zesty Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. minced dill pickle
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of paprika
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, salad dressing, mustard and paprika in a small bowl; add to cabbage mixture and toss until well mixed.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Yields 12 (1/2 cup) servings (approximately 28 calories and 1.75 g fat).
