Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, pepper and onion.
    Mix vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise and fold into cabbage mixture.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
