Very Best Fat-Free Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. fat-free egg substitute
    3/4 c. prune butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in small saucepan and cook over low heat.
    Stir until melted.
    Add sugar, egg substitute, prune butter and vanilla to chocolate.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour and, if desired, salt and nuts.
    Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
