Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno chili pepper
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh coriander or 1 tsp. dried crushed coriander
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 minced garlic cloves
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill overnight, stirring occasionally.
