Persimmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 raw crust
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; mix well.
    Stir in persimmon pulp, milk, egg and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let cool.
    You might like to use apple pie spices instead of the 2 listed, at least 1 teaspoon.
