Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. butter or half and half
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Melt chocolate, sugar and water together.
    Cool slightly. Cream butter or half and half with confectioners sugar.
    Add to mixture and stir in 1 egg.
    Spread between graham crackers, one on top of the other, about 6 high.
    Let set, then slice diagonally.
