Turkey Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
6 turkey cutlets (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (1 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 large egg
3 Tbsp. oil
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

On waxed paper, mix flour, salt and pepper.
On another sheet, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
