Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 drops hot sauce
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento (do not drain)
Preparation

Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add first 5 ingredients.
Process until smooth. Add pimento.
Pulse 4 or 5 times.
