Keftethes 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    6 slices bread
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water (or more if needed)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. mint leaves (dried)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together,
    except
    tomato
    sauce.
    Form into desired size of
    meatball.\tRoll
    the meatballs in flour; place in shallow pan and place
    in
    oven.
    Bake
    in\t400\u00b0 oven until brown. When done, place
    meatballs in deep pot and pour in tomato sauce and water
    mixture,
    adding salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Simmer for
    1
    hour.
    (The
    tomato
    sauce should cover the meatballs.)
