Swedish Fish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can red salmon
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium sliced onion
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
approximately 3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Drain salmon.
Alternate layers of potatoes, salmon and onion in a greased large casserole.
Sprinkle each potato layer with flour, salt and pepper.
End with salmon layer.
Beat egg with milk.
Pour over top, adding enough milk to cover.
Dot with margarine and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
