Gather-Round Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Melt together in pan butterscotch chips, coffee and water. Cream butter and sugar.
    Blend in butterscotch mixture.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat at medium speed.
    Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool before removing.
