Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed pineapple or use flat can
1 small box lemon jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. hot water
8 oz. Cool Whip or 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation

Cook pineapple and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Dissolve jello in hot water.
Mix pineapple and jello together. Chill until thick.
Toss cheese, pecans and whipped cream into jello mixture.
Chill thoroughly.
