Noodles With Spicy Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 large clove garlic, smashed and chopped
    8 to 12 oz. Chinese mein noodles or 8 to 12 oz. spaghetti
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta.
    With a wooden spoon, work together until smooth and creamy.
    Let mixture stand at least 4 hours.
    Toss mixture with cooked and drained noodles or pasta.
    (Drain pasta well).
    Add a bit of hot oil if pasta has cooled and toss.
    Add finely chopped green scallions at the end for zest.
    Serves 2 to 3 people.
