Stuffed Peppers And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 c. soft bread cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp. raisins
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, diced
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. each basil and oregano
24 oz. tomato sauce
spaghetti
4 green bell peppers
Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients and let stand for 3 minutes.
Saute onions in oil, add 1/2 of the onions to meat mixture, add the other 1/2 of the onions and seasoning in the tomato sauce.
Simmer halved peppers (seeded) in sauce, covered for 45 minutes.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture and cover with tomato sauce.
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti.
