Ingredients

2 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0 and grease 2 cookie sheets.
Beat egg whites and
salt until soft peaks.
Add sugar slowly and beat until stiff
peaks.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls
onto cookie sheets.
Place in oven and immediately turn oven off. Leave in oven 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
