Chicken Encore(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. frozen peas, partially thawed
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. dried sage leaves
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, saute onion in butter 6 minutes or until golden.
    Add mushrooms and saute 2 minutes.
    In a large bowl, combine onion and mushrooms with chicken, bread crumbs, peas, eggs, sage, garlic salt and pepper, tossing lightly until mixed.
    Transfer to baking dish.
    Cover loosely with foil and bake 40 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Spread soup on top and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
