Drying Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh picked herbs
Preparation
    Remove stems and wash fresh picked herbs.
    Measure 1/2 to 1 cup loosely packed herbs.
    Spread between 2 pieces of paper toweling.
    Cook on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until dry and crumbly.
    Crumble, if desired, and store in an airtight container.
