Coffee Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 oz. instant coffee
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. brandy
1 vanilla bean, chopped

Preparation

Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Transfer the mixture into a glass bottle and let stand for thirty days.
