Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. raisins
    6 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add egg, milk, seed and raisins.
    Bake in well-greased loaf pan about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
