Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
Preparation
    Start oven at 425\u00b0.
    Grease 12-cup muffin pan.
    Sift dry ingredients together into mixing bowl.
    Beat egg until frothy; add cream and mix well.
    Stir into dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour into muffin pan.
    Makes 12 muffins.
