Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, melt butter and cook onion.
    In a large bowl, beat together 1/3 cup of soup and egg. Stir in bread crumbs and salt.
    Let crumbs soften about 5 minutes. Add cooked onion and beef.
    Mix well.
