Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. cubed zucchini
1 c. chopped onions
2 chopped green peppers
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Remove casings from sausage; crumble and brown.
Drain off most of fat.
Add celery, zucchini, onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Add remaining spices.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
