Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up and floured
    1 c. sugar
    1 can sliced pineapple
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 green pepper, cut in circle slices
    1/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown chicken in 1/3 cup oil.
    Remove chicken to loaf pan (skin side up).
    Drain pineapple.
    Add water to juice to make 2 cups.
    In saucepan, add sugar, starch, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Add pineapple and green pepper slices.
    Bake 30 more minutes or until tender.
    Serve over rice.
