Spanish Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
    3/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken. Melt cheese, set aside. Combine soups, water, Rotel tomatoes, and chicken; bring to a boil; remove from heat. Layer chips, cheese and chicken mixture in a large baking dish. Top with cheese; bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
