1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. melted bacon fat
1 small can cream-style corn
1/2 lb. grated cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
