Mexican Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. corn chips
Preparation
    Combine beef, milk, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder in skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Add flour; stir well.
    Add tomato sauce and chili beans.
    Stir.
    Cover bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with 1 cup of corn chips.
    Pour in meat mixture.
    Top with remaining corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
