South Texas Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. sirloin steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Parboil slowly whole duck and giblets in just enough water to reach half the height of the duck.
Also include desired amount of celery, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Allow this to parboil together for 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove duck and place in a roaster; salt and pepper again.
Bake duck slowly at 300\u00b0.
