Holiday Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.
    Quickly add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Bake in 2 greased (don't flour) 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans for 1 hour or 4 (1 pound) greased coffee cans for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    While still warm, brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
