German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat together oil and eggs.
    Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Turn in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
