Earline'S Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. p. corn meal
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. butter
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Blend all ingredients well so that peppers will be mixed with batter.
    Pour 1/2 of dough into greased pan or skillet; put in 1/2 of cheese.
    Add remaining dough, then rest of cheese.
    Bake slowly at 350\u00b0 until done.
