Chocolate Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate.
    Add sugar.
    Mix. Add 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Mix. Beat egg yolks into other 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Add to chocolate mixture and let cook for a few minutes over low heat. Add butter and vanilla.
    Serve warm over ice cream, cream puffs, etc.
